My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was amazing, right by the leaning tower, but the room felt a bit outdated, like stepping back into the 70s. The service was top-notch, with helpful staff assisting us even when our satnav led us astray. The dining options were good, but could have been more varied. However, the lack of warm food choices was a drawback. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the bright side, the location is fantastic since it overlooks the main street and is just 100m from the tower, but unfortunately, the room situated over a noisy alleyway made it hard to sleep well being on the 1st floor.
